The Asian Scientific Forum (ASF) Consulting Council represents a guidance institution to implement the ASF vision and mission. The Council is also in charge of consistently developing ASF action plans. Moreover, the Council offers instructions required to develop the executive committees, and administration departments to provide maximum support and services to participants of whether they are researchers, or experts at different ASF programs.
Applicant should be member of a higher education institution, or an eligible research center, or a postgraduate student.
Applicant should fill in the electronic application form on ASF website.
Applicant should provide ASF administration with an Excel file includes at least 150 email addresses of people might be interested in attending or participating in programs organized by ASF.
Pledging to introduce the ASF work, and to spread its news. In addition to that representing ASF at any related occasion, or scientific programme. Therefore, internationally ASF is used in the scientific society.
Conducting communication and primary understanding concerned with universities and governmental authorities to hold ASF conferences at one of the Asian countries.
Establishing sponsorship and collaboration with worldwide well-known universities.
Continuous endeavor to obtain financial aid from related institutions to ASF programs in order to elevate financial burdens from scholars and experts participating in ASF programs.
10% discount on participation fees in any ASF programs.
30% discount on publishing fees at “Mu’tamad” Magazines and magazines of the institutions, which are in collaboration agreements with ASF in scientific publishing field.
Full coverage of membership fees over three stages (registration and participation fees, accommodation expenses, and costs of outdoor transportation). This is only given if the member achieves unique and effective participation in introducing ASF programs.
Accepted member is provided with an email documents his/her membership and declares its two-year validation period which is renewable.
Grant the unique member who has practically participated in one of ASF programs and provided important service to ASF, a recognition certificate.
Members are to be awarded trophies and medals in accordance with their services when participating practically at one of ASF rings.
