The Board of Trustees is the highest institution in the Program and is re-elected every five episodes of the Program by all participants in the five program seminars via an electronic system. The Board of Trustees has oversight functions relating to the commitment of all departments and sections of the Program to its objectives and vision.
The Board of Trustees consists of seven members of the rank of Prof. Professor who are nominated for the first time by the Department of the Program and elected from the fifth session of the Program. Each of the five seminars and two reserve members shall exercise its functions and powers as follows:
The Board of Trustees shall be deemed to have full authority with five or more active members.
In the event that the number of members of the Board of Trustees is less than five working members, the nomination of persons who are active participants in the previous "Program" seminars shall be called.
The quorum of meetings of the Board of Trustees shall be attended by one or more of its members.
Decisions are taken by a simple majority of the number of attendees in an actual meeting or via the electronic system.
In the case of equal votes in the voting on resolutions, the vote of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees shall be deemed to be more likely.
The Executive Director of the Program shall attend the meetings of the Board of Trustees as Director of the meeting without the right to vote.
Meetings of the Board of Trustees shall take place on the sidelines of the program at each of its sessions. The Chairman of the Council may call for an actual meeting or videoconference if necessary.

Oversee the implementation of the recommendations of the departments and departments of the program.
