The policy of international organization and states to seek theimplementation of strategic development plans through the improvement of management system in the main sectors is a clear indication of the need to continuously promote and enhance the management system, in order to optimize the use of resources and capabilities for achieving inclusive and sustainable development which will ensure human well-being. This is reinforced by the adaptation by many countries, in particular developed countries, of a development policy for its management organizations in a regular basis. However, some of these countries are better able to meeting the challenges of international economic crisis and competition and keeping up with the aspirations of their citizens towards well-being following the reduction of some serious problems, including unemployment and prevalence of diseases, through learning from the best practices and new management trends of what come to be known as ‘management development’.
